Maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature
Aging
Aging in stainless steel for 5 to 6 months on the lees to extract natural
antioxidants, with repeated stirring (bâtonnage),
followed by bottle aging.

palate with a full and elegant taste, featuring a fresh
and persistent finish.

Milda Susumaniello rosé IGT Valle d'Itria
Produced from Susumaniello grapes, reflecting the authentic character of Valle d'Itria. Hand-harvested in small crates. Soft pressing and fermentation of the free-run must, followed by lees stirring (bâtonnage) for 5 to 6 months before bottling.
