Jacobo Verdeca Bianco d'Alessano Minutolo IGT Valle d'Itria
Late manual harvest and specific long skin-contact maceration that grant a unique aromatic and chromatic complexity. The abundance of antioxidants supports bottle evolution, following a combined aging of at least 1 year in amphora, oak tonneau, and stainless steel. Intense golden yellow color, with a bouquet of spicy notes featuring prominent vanilla.
